WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Since we are starting from scratch delivery days may change as we grow. As the need for additional routes arises you will be notified of the changes. We are currently delivering MONDAYS OVERNIGHT, TUESDAYS OVERNIGHT, WEDNESDAYS OVERNIGHT AND THURSDAYS OVERNIGHT.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES TRD ACCEPT?
We are currently set up to accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and E-Checks via Authorize.Net a secure gateway. We only have access to limited personal information so that we can communicate with you regarding your deliveries.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed every FRIDAY. You will only be billed on weeks when you have a scheduled delivery.
WHY IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?
TRD'S registration fee is a 100% refundable fee for customers to cover the crate/bottle deposits charged by the dairy. Battenkill Creamery charges a revolving fee that gets credited back once the bottles and crates are returned. To simplify billing we opted to charge a one time fee. Upon return of your empty bottles we will gladly refund that fee should you choose to discontinue service. Two River Dairy will strive to earn your patronage and loyalty and never lose you as a customer!
WHAT SIZE COOLER DO I NEED?
TRD recommends a cooler with a height and width of at least 17inches to accommodate the milk and a few additional items. Generally a 50 quart size cooler is sufficient for most weekly orders. TRD also offers custom insulated TWO RIVER DAIRY milk boxes. You can find them in the merchandise tab.
HOW CAN I CANCEL?
You can place a vacation hold or remove any order prior to the cut off time on SUNDAYS AT 1:00 PM. If you are past the cut off and still need to cancel an order certain fees may apply and these requests can be handled via email on a case by case basis. If you need to cancel service indefinately

AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND?
At TRD we aim to please. If ever you are not satisfied with a product please email us so that we can refund or replace that item.
WHY IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME?
To ensure we have enough product available for delivery we need to have a strict cut off time. Battenkill bottles the milk in response to our order to ensure you are getting the freshest milk available. They pledge to get the milk from cow to bottle in under 8 hours and then send if off for distribution. The CUT OFF time is SUNDAYS at 1 PM.
IS THERE A WEEKLY MINIMUM AND DELIVERY CHARGE?
TRD does not have an order minimum but there is a weekly delivery fee of $4.00. The delivery fee will be waived for customers spending $40.00 or more weekly. For customers with smaller orders you can think about ordering every other week or every three weeks. You will typically receive milk with a sell by date 5-14 days from the delivery date and the milk is good for a week after the date (even longer in most cases) so you can play around with your order and consumption and try to save some money.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH MILK TO ORDER?
Initially, you can set up your deliveries to come weekly or every other week. You will generally get milk with a sell by date at least 5 days from the delivery date with the expectation that the milk will last around a week past that date. (if you don't leave it out in the cooler for more than 6 hours) We recommend you order 1/2 gallon more than what your family would generally consume. If you begin to develop a stockpile you can skip a week or reduce your order moving forward.
