WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Since we are starting from scratch delivery days may change as we grow. As the need for additional routes arises you will be notified of the changes. We are currently delivering DURING THE DAY 7AM-4PM MONDAY through FRIDAY.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES TRD ACCEPT?
We are currently set up to accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and E-Checks via Authorize.Net a secure gateway. We only have access to limited personal information so that we can communicate with you regarding your deliveries.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
You will be billed every week. You will only be billed on weeks when you have a scheduled delivery.
WHAT IS THE BOTTLE DEPOSIT?
The farm charges us a fee of $2 for every bottle we purchase. This fee is added to your order and when bottles are picked up you will see a credit applied prior to billing each week.
WHAT SIZE COOLER DO I NEED?
TRD recommends a cooler with a height and width of at least 17 inches to accommodate the milk and a few additional items. Generally a 50 quart size cooler is sufficient for most weekly orders. TRD also offers custom insulated TWO RIVER DAIRY milk boxes. You can find them in the merchandise tab.
HOW CAN I CANCEL?
You can place a vacation hold or remove any order prior to the cut off times on SATURDAY and TUESDAY AT 10AM. If you are past the cut off and still need to cancel an order certain fees may apply and these requests can be handled via email on a case by case basis. If you need to cancel service indefinately

AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND?
At TRD we aim to please. If ever you are not satisfied with a product please email us so that we can refund or replace that item.
WHY IS THERE A CUT OFF TIME?
To ensure we have enough product available for delivery we need to have a strict cut off time. Battenkill bottles the milk in response to our order to ensure you are getting the freshest milk available. They pledge to get the milk from cow to bottle in under 8 hours and then send if off for distribution. The CUT OFF time is SATURDAYS at 10 AM or TUESDAYS at 10 am depending on your zone.
IS THERE A WEEKLY MINIMUM AND DELIVERY CHA
TRD charges a $5 delivery fee. We encourage you to order every other week since the sell by date is usally 5-12 days after you receive your order. The milk is good for a week after the date (even longer in most cases) so you can play around with your order and consumption and try to save a bit of money.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH MILK TO ORDER?
Initially, you can set up your deliveries to come weekly or every other week. You will generally get milk with a sell by date at least 5 days from the delivery date with the expectation that the milk will last around a week past that date. (if you don't leave it out in the cooler for more than 6 hours) We recommend you order a 1/2 gallon more than what your family would generally consume. If you begin to develop a stockpile you can skip a week or reduce your order moving forward.
HOW ARE DELIVERY DAY CHANGES/VACATIONS/CLOSINGS COMMUNICATED?
Occasionally there are circumstances that will impact the delivery schedule such as weather and holidays. These changes will be communicated via the website (opening page), EMAIL, and social media. If you are not sure you can check or email us for clarification. We typically close two weeks per year- one in August and one between Christmas and New Years.
